Seminole Country Restaurant, Indiantown (X58)

Located in the Seminole Inn the restaurant offers meals daily to visitors and guests; and their famous Sunday buffet. Having heard (hanger talk) of this Sunday country buffet, we chose to visit Indiantown and the Seminole Inn this trip.

The dining room (below) is used for their Sunday brunch. Adorned with memorabilia of "Old Florida", it makes for a unique and pleasant dining experience. This buffet style lunch offers fresh cooked vegetables, lots of fresh fruits, sweet potato casserole, roast beef, fried chicken, turkey and much more.

The fruit was fresh, as was the salad and the fresh baked muffins... perfect!

Luis, the inn's chef, will fix you "made to order omelets" or Belgian waffles (below).

The breakfast person that I am, I went for the "cooked to order" omelet with a side of bacon and biscuits & gravy. The omelet was perfect however the biscuits and gravy were a bit "plain". My wife, on the other hand, selected the roast beef, turkey and other fresh cooked veggies (below).

All-in-all, the Sunday buffet made the trip very worthwhile and we will definitely be back. Mike Myers, the Inn's manager, told us they plan to occasionally throw a big BBQ for visitors and guest. That sounds like even more reason to visit the Seminole Inn and Seminole Country Restaurant.
