Rosalita's Tex-Mex Restaurant, Lantana, West Palm Beach Park Airport - KLNA

Just a short walk from the airport you'll find Rosalita's Tex-Mex Restaurant. Having lived in Texas for many years, and missing the Tex-Mex cuisine, we couldn't pass up Rosalita's.

We started out our meal with a half order of their Nacho Supreme. While waiting on the Nachos you can enjoy a basket of tortilla chips and Rosalita's salsa. If you like it HOT, ask for their green salsa.

To our disappointment, the nachos were made with Monterey Jack cheese, verses the Tex-Mex use of cheddar... but they were still really good Nachos. The refried beans on the Nachos, as well as the sidedish, were fantastic.

We followed the Nachos with a lunch portion of beef & chicken Frajitas and warm flour totrillas, accompanied with a side of refried beans, guacamole, sour cream and Pico de gallo (or gio depending where you're from).

The half order of Nachos and one lunch portion of Frajitas was enough to fill the two of us; and a price tag (including tip and drinks) of only $ 18. Not too shabby for a tasty Mexican lunch.

The restaurant was clean, the food good, the price right, and the service friendly. What more could you ask for in a fly-to lunch destination.?

Rosalita's easily scores...
